TABLE

The table received its inspiration from a combination of historical signifiers using a combination of a metal base and wood top. The work of artist Alexander Calder informs the legs and base. The twisting and tapering metal is an abstraction of the movement of his familiar mobiles. The boomerang shape of the tabletop is also reminiscent of the 1950’s and 60s.
